All sales are final for new, pre-loved & sample dresses and accessories. Please choose your items carefully as we are unable to return or exchange due to change of mind or incorrect fit.

SHIPPING

DOMESTIC ORDERS - NEW ZEALAND

For all Yours Truly dress & accessories orders placed within New Zealand, standard shipping is FREE on all orders over $500. For orders placed less than $500, standard shipping is $7 or $10 for rural delivery. Alternatively, we offer express shipping for $15.

Yours Truly Keepsake frames are fragile, we offer a flat shipping rate of $30 or complimentary pick up from our Auckland head office.

We use Courier Post for all orders placed within New Zealand. You will receive a shipping notification along with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders are shipped via DHL Express. Shipping costs vary depending on where the item is being sent to.

Please be note that for orders shipped outside of New Zealand, additional taxes and duties may apply upon import to your country.

These charges are imposed by your local customs office and are outside of our control. As such, they are the responsibility of the recipient to pay. Please note that the amount and nature of these charges vary from country to country.
